Terms and conditions

1.  General dispositions :

The fact for a user to fill an order form on the site and then confirm the order is a full and entire acceptance of these general sales conditions.

MGK Technologies reserves for itself the right to refuse an order if the customer does not fullfill any of the obligations, and more generally MGK Technologies keeps the right to refuse any order presenting an abnormality, for any reason that is.

2.  Client's obligations :

The customer agrees to complete the order form accurately.

In case of an input error made by the customer, and especially an input error into the email address used to deliver the product(s), MGK Technologies shall not be liable for misdelivery.

3.  Prices :

Indicated prices are guaranteed, exception made of price changes due to any VAT rate change.
Prices are VAT included.
No VAT excluded Invoicing will be made.

4.  Payment :

Payments are only made online with the cards shown on the E-Shop..

Payment validation is immediate. Only validated payments will generate the delivery of the license serial numbers for the ordered  product(s).

5.  Delivery :

Delivery of product(s) is solely made per email.

The delivery delay usually is around one hour after payment, exception made of network saturation, high volume traffic, ...

In any case, the delivery will take place at most the working day following the day of the online payment.

6.  Reclamations :

All used license ( successfuly activated on our website www.eset.lu ) will forbid any kind of refund, even partial.

The customer will have to verify the conformity of the delivery with his order. Any reclamation will have, to be taken in account, to be made within 48 hours after delivery of the product(s) by email. Reclamations are made by email to the following address :  e-commerce@mgk.lu

7.  Use of the collected data :

The computer data collected in the process of internet sales will only be used by MGK Technologies. They are used to process orders, to offer services and to inform our customers about our products and promotions.

8.  Security of the transactions :

Credit card payments are handled by CETREL. Transactions between the customer and CETREL are very strongly secured. Banking informations provided by the customers are encrypted and never circulate unencrypted on the Internet.

MGK Technologies has no knowledge of any banking information or credit card number provided by the customer to CETREL.

9.  Courts :

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In case of dispute, only the courts of Luxembourg are competent.
